Volunteer
Volunteer with us! OTW depends on professional community partnerships to support our youths’ career interests and professional development. Consider being a speaker at one of our career events or serve as a mentor for our OTW participants.
We routinely volunteer with organizations in Marin or the larger Bay Area. We welcome the participation of our community members. You can also volunteer to help us with one of our annual fundraising events.

Every donation has a ripple effect because it not only benefits our Marin County young adults, it benefits our local communities in need and global communities who have been impacted by natural disasters.
Businesses & Corps
Are you committed to your local community and helping at risk young adults? Then we may be the right program for you to support. Reward your employees' giving with matching donations. Consider In-kind donations of equipment, products, or goods that may benefit our youth. Encourage your employees to speak at or volunteer for one of our events. Be a sponsor at one of our fundraising events and have your logo placed on our Partner page and Gratitude board. We hold regular fundraising events that can increase your visibility within the community.
